Events 

Coaches will test athletes at the beginning of each season to determine the best placement. 

  • High jump, Long jump, and triple jump 

  • Hurdles: 100m (girls), 110m (boys), 300m (girls and boys) 

  • Individual Races: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, and 3200m 

  • Pole Vault 

  • Relay: 4x100, 4x200, 4x400, and 4x800 

  • Shot Put and Discus 

  • Sprint Medley (Girls)
