Athletics Eligibility

All students must meet eligibility requirements to participate in athletics. Students must be enrolled full-time or have an approved Request for Participation form, maintain academic eligibility, complete online registration, submit a current sports physical, and pay the required athletic fees. Additional steps may apply for transfer students. Read more about eligibility.

Athletics Registration

Registration is required to participate in athletics at all Academy District 20 schools. Students must complete online registration through ArbiterSports, submit a current sports physical, and pay the required athletic fees before participating. Additional requirements may apply for transfer students or those participating at a school other than their own. Learn more about registration.

Sports Physicals

Sports physicals are required for all students participating in athletics and must remain valid through the entire season.
Physicals must be documented using the CHSAA Physical Evaluation form and signed by a medical provider. The completed form must be uploaded during the athletics registration process.

Athletic Ticketing

Tickets to Pine Creek Athletic events can be bought online through GoFan. There is a small service charge for using this service. All GoFan purchases are non-refundable. More about Athletics tickets.

Participating in Athletics or Activities at Another School

Students who want to participate or continue participating in a sport or activity that their school does not offer will need to complete the Request for Participation (RFP) process to be placed at an Academy District 20 (D20) school that offers the requested sport or activity.
