Project Lead the Way (PLTW) experiences offers students the opportunity to use the same tools that professionals in the medical field and research laboratories use while working together to solve real-world, relevant problems. PLTW classes are offered as weighted electives in the science department, and students can take up to four years of courses.

Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA)
Many students who take PLTW classes also join HOSA, the international student organization for future health professionals. Students in this organization attend medical leadership workshops and compete in a variety of related events. See the Pine Creek Clubs & Activities page for club information.
