Boys Wrestling
Pine Creek Boys Wrestling earned the title of 5A Region 4 Team Champions this past weekend! A wrestler qualifies for the State competition by placing in the top four of their bracket.
We had five wrestlers place first in their brackets at the Regional competition: Everest Sutton (113), Griffin Rial (120), Ryder Rhodes (126), Gavin Weichelt (138), and Luke Graver (165).
Good luck to our 11 male wrestlers who will be competing at the State competition that starts this Thursday!
Girls Wrestling
Academy District 20 has a district-wide Girls Wrestling team available through Discovery Canyon Campus High School (DCCHS).
Congratulations to our own Gia Gabel and Adrianna Lopez who both qualified to compete at State! An additional shout out to the entire Discovery Canyon Girls Wrestling Team for their first place finish at Regionals.
