Ordering a Yearbook

Yearbooks may be purchased at Check In at the Creek or online using Campus Pay in Infinite Campus. During August, yearbooks cost $80. After Aug. 31, prices increase. Books can be personalized with a student name or icons by purchasing through the Jostens website. Personalization options are available only on orders placed before the end of the first semester.

Senior Photos

No portraits will be accepted after 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2026. Contact us before the deadline if you have questions or concerns. If an acceptable photo is not submitted, a student’s ID photo will be used. If no ID photo is available or acceptable, the student will be listed as “Not Pictured.”

Senior Portrait Requirements

Size

All portraits should be vertical rectangles, 2 inches by 3 inches, at 300 dpi, saved in JPEG format. Portraits should be head-and-shoulder shots. Photos not submitted as headshots will be cropped.

Permitted Items

  • Portraits featuring clothing, items, or subjects violating school policy or dress code will not be accepted.
  • The yearbook staff reserves the right to decline submissions violating guidelines and/or the Talon Media Editorial Policy.

The yearbook staff may request a new photo if submissions do not meet requirements or are deemed inappropriate. Seniors who do not submit an acceptable photo by the deadline will have their student ID photo published or no photo if none is acceptable.

How to Submit

  • Submit only one photo.
  • Rename the photo before submission to last.first name of the graduate to speed up slideshow creation.
  • Submit photos using the website link below. Do not email photos.
  • After submission, you will see a confirmation screen from Jostens stating, “You submitted # photos,” confirming your submission.
  • We will contact students and parents/guardians via email if a photo has not been submitted.

Senior Recognition Ads

What Are Senior Recognition Ads?

Families of seniors can purchase a Recognition Ad to highlight and celebrate their student. Ads can be personalized with a sentimental message, cherished photo, or photo collage. It’s quick, easy, and creates a lasting impression for this special season of life.

Prices before Dec. 4 / after Dec. 5:

  • Full page: $345 / $360
  • Half page: $185 / $200
  • Quarter page: $110 / $130
  • Eighth page: $75 (only available for early birds)
  • Ad deadline is Jan. 31.

Activity and Student Life Photos

Submitting Candid Photos

The Pine Creek Yearbook staff gladly accepts candid photos of students at Pine Creek events, though not all may be used. Please indicate who is in the photo and provide other information to help determine placement in the yearbook.

Preferred Photographers

If you prefer to submit your own portrait, please use the highest possible dpi on your digital camera. All specifications still apply. Our goal is to get every senior pictured in the yearbook, so please contact us with any questions.

Our preferred photographers have our specifications, demonstrated professionalism, provide quality portraits at competitive rates, and support the Pine Creek student media program.
