The Power of Language
Language has the ability to provide connection in many ways. It allows us to share our experiences and helps us to understand each other better. It is what makes us who we are as Pine Creek Eagles as well people of the world.
International Potluck
Over 200 people attended last night’s International Dinner, which included the sharing of 40 international dishes. Attendees tasted each item and voted on their favorites.
Contest Winners
This year's most popular dishes, and therefore our contest winners, were the Mexican pozole, Jamaican rasta pasta, and Indian vegetable pakora!
Additional Favorites
Fan favorites of the night included Boerenkool Stamppot from the Netherlands, blueberry pierogis from Poland, ube purple yam steamed rice cakes from the Philippians, blueberry soup from Sweden, and Bangladesh pith!
