Details About Purchasing Lunch

  • Students will use their student ID, which functions like a debit card, to make purchases.

  • Students are required to present their card, not just their student ID number, for purchases and discounts.

  • Money loaded on to student accounts can be used in the Creek Café, Early Eagle (Coffee Shop), and Eagle Nest (Concession Stand).

How to Add Money to Your Student's Account

Adding Money by Check or Cash

  • If by Check: The check should be made out to Pine Creek High School. The student's name, ID number and grade level should be written in the bottom left corner of the check.

  • If by Cash: Cash that should be placed in an envelope with student's name and ID number written on the outside.

  • How to Turn in Deposits

    • Give the check or cash to the Creek Café Manager before 10:00am or after 1:30pm. 

    • Place the check or cash in the locked mailbox outside of the door to the Creek Café door OR in the locked mailbox located next to the Security Desk.

    • After the lunch line is gone, a students can ask that the cash/check be added to their account for same-day access.

Using PaySchools Central

Families must create a login through PaySchools Central in order to load money onto their student's account. Please follow the instructions in the PaySchools Central Parent Guide.

Account Balances

  • Parents can monitor their student’s balance and purchase history by logging into your PaySchools Central account.

  • Account balances will roll over to the next school year for students who were already enrolled at Pine Creek. 

  • Annually, all new students enrolled at Pine Creek (including transfer students and incoming freshman) will be able to see their balances by August 10 of the current year.
