Stephanie Cornelio is the College Career Counselor. Stephanie began her career at Pine Creek in 2007. She grew up in California and is a graduate of both San Diego State University (Go Aztecs!) and James Madison University (Go Duke Dog!) Prior to working at PCHS, she worked at many colleges including UTEP (Go Miners!), USMA (Go Black Knights!), Kapiolani CC, and Nassau CC. She LOVES helping students plan for life after PCHS and working with the amazing counseling team. In her spare time, she enjoys running and spending time with her husband and two children! Sarah King is the counselor for the class of 2019. Sarah began her carrer at Pine Creek in 2008. She is also the head Track and Field coach and the assistant Cross Country coach. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado where she received her Bachelors' degree in psychology and minored in business and exercise science. She then received her master's degree in Counseling and Human Services at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She loves working at Pine Creek with the amazing students and staff. In her free time, she likes hiking with her dogs and spending time with her friends and family. Go Eagles!
Kelley Stewart is the counselor for the Class of 2020. Kelley began her career at Pine Creek in 2003. Kelley is a graduate of Adams State College where she played basketball for 4 years and then received her Master's Degree in Counseling and Human Services at UCCS. Kelley is married and has two children who attend District 20 schools. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her daughters on the basketball court! GO EAGLES!
Mitch Boyczuk is the counselor for the class of 2017. Mitch began his career at Pine Creek in 2013. He grew up in Buffalo, NY, and received his Bachelor's in Childhood Studies from St. Bonaventure University. He moved to Colorado in 2011 to get his Master's degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in Counseling and Human Services. Mitch has a love for the mountains and the outdoors. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and spending time with his wife and dog. Go Eagles!
Helen Shuman is the counselor for the class of 2018. Helen began her career at Pine Creek in 2011. Prior to working at Pine Creek, she worked at high schools in Tennessee, California, and Wisconsin. She grew up in Kenosha, Wisconsin and graduated with her Bachelor's degree from Marquette University and her Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is married and has four children who attend Academy District 20 schools. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling. Go Eagles!
